Security Deposit Policy for No Shows:

A $20 security deposit is required to make an appointment. The security deposit is nonrefundable, but it is transferable to a future appointment.

The security deposit is used to cover the cost of any no shows. If there are no no shows, the security deposit will be used toward the full price of your treatment.

If the appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time, the security deposit will be forfeited.

How to Pay the Security Deposit:

All appointments are only scheduled through our website. To pay the security deposit, please make a payment online when you schedule your appointment.

How to Transfer the Security Deposit:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can transfer your security deposit to a new appointment. To do this, please call us at least 24 hours in advance of your original appointment.

Late Arrival Policy:

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may be late for your appointment. However, we ask that you please do your best to arrive on time. Our therapists see multiple clients in a day, and their schedules rarely allow them to work beyond the predetermined end time for a given treatment.

If you are late for your appointment, your treatment will end at the originally booked time. The cost of the treatment will not change.
