Security Deposit & No-Show Policy

A security deposit is required to reserve an appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your treatment if the appointment is completed as scheduled.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice (no-shows), will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Deposits forfeited due to late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

Payment of Security Deposit

All appointments must be scheduled through my website. The required security deposit is paid online at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

I understand that delays can occur; however, clients are asked to arrive on time. I maintain a structured schedule and am often unable to extend session times.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full treatment fee will apply.

Scope of Practice / Therapeutic Intent

All services provided by Polaris Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual in nature. Any inappropriate behavior, language, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session. In such cases, the full treatment fee will apply.

Health Intake & Client Disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health conditions, injuries, surgeries, medications, or contraindications prior to their session. I reserve the right to modify or decline treatment if massage therapy is not appropriate or safe.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Treatment

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if a session is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or outside my scope of practice.
