LATE ARRIVAL

Our therapists see multiple clients in a day, and their schedules rarely allow them to work beyond the predetermined end time for a given treatment. If you are late for your appointment, your treatment will end at the originally booked time, and the cost of the treatment will not change.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

Advance notice of a cancellation allows other clients to be accommodated and helps minimize disruption of the workday and loss of income for therapists. Thus we require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time are subject to a $45 late cancellation fee.

NO CALL NO SHOW

If you miss a scheduled treatment without giving any cancellation notice, you will be asked to pay the full price of the session before booking another appointment with us. If you prepaid for a session that you miss without cancelling, the payment amount will be paid out to your therapist in full and may not be applied toward another treatment at Polaris Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.

TREATMENTS FOR MINORS

We require a parent or guardian present in the treatment room for children aged 16 or younger. We require a guardian or parent on-site for minors 16 to 18 years of age. Individual therapists at Polaris Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork may require a signed waiver before working with minors.
